These terms are between you and DMV Clothes. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm by email once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or there’s a pricing error — and will refund anything you’ve paid.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at the time your order ships. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but are not bound by obvious errors.

You may return unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. See our Shipping Policy for how returns work.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to DMV Clothes and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We’re responsible for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, but not for any business loss or for events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DMV Clothes operates, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
